Words are my strength.

As an introvert, words have always been a place of refuge.

I began by scribbling stories at infant school and haven’t stopped since.

I now write journalism and fiction and my words have appeared in Highly Sensitive Refuge, Huffington Post, Mindless Mag and more.

When I’m not working I love walking and daydreaming. Living on a peninsula that juts out into the Irish sea and is surrounded by the River Dee and River Mersey, is a constant source of inspiration and distraction.

I’m also a total bookworm and love historical fiction, nature writing and anything on psychology and wellbeing.
